Our Services

We offer packages and services to keep your technology up to date and running smoothly. You can call us only when you need us – or set up a regular maintence schedule to reduce the possibility of larger, emergent issues developing.
Business IT Support

$97.50 per hour + HST

Downtime costs money. tech360 offers on-demand and managed IT support to keep your small/medium-sized business running smoothly.

  • Intake: We catalogue and assess all your technology and software assets and deliver a tech note that outlines asset lifecycles, upgrade/replacement recommendations, etc.
  • Services: We offer remote assistance for software issues, maintenance packages, computer repair, purchase packages, email setup, network mapping and configuration, device setup, etc.
Business Email

$390 for initial service setup + $50 per email address + HST

Build your online image with professional, business-class email addresses that use your business’s domain name.

tech360 can help you set up the service, create the email accounts for your staff, and get everything configured on your devices. We recommend Microsoft Business Standard and Google Workspace for reliable email on Exchange or IMAP servers for multi-device access and syncing. Depending on the service you choose, the provider costs range between $9–$17 per month per address and your storage ranges from 30 GB to 2 TB.

Both providers offer basic/starter and Standard options. We can help you choose the option that meets your needs.

Email Transfer

$459.99 minimum charge per email address + HST

Transferring email can be time-consuming, tricky, and definitely best left to the experts if you want a seamless migration.

We transfer your business’s email accounts and all messages from your current server to your new Microsoft Business Service or Google Workspace IMAP email server and make the transition as painless as possible. If you are changing addresses, we can also configure email forwarding from your old email account to ensure messages sent to your old address arrive at your new address – nothing gets lost.

Additional transfer fees will be charged for data stores larger than 5 GB at a rate of $30/GB.

Computer Purchase Package

$219.99/$599.99/$429.99 + HST

We can help you choose the new device that best suits your needs. We offer three options to help you upgrade your equipment.

  • Research and Recommendation Package – $219.99: We assess your requirements, research the market and present two to three recommendations (good, better and best) for your review. The purchase and set up is up to you.
  • Setup Package – $599.99: So you’ve bought a new computer but aren’t quite sure how to get everything going. No problem, we can do that for you.
  • Complete Package – $429.99: We take care of everything. We research and present quotes for your review, make the purchase on your behalf, set the new computer up for you, and transfer your user account plus all files and data to the new computer.

Please note: These packages do not include the cost of the hardware, software, email accounts, or licensing purchases.

Remote Computer Maintenance Package

$249.99 + HST

A thorough cleaning and check-up to find, fix and resolve most issues so your computer runs at peak performance. The maintenance is run using our Remote Assistance service and takes approximately 1-3 hours.

This package includes:

  • a thorough, detailed investigation and resolution of specific software issues;
  • a low-level system scan to remove viruses, malware, adware and other unwanted software;
  • a manual review of all installed software, apps and drivers to remove unneeded packages and to update drivers as required;
  • a full system file storage scan to clean out temporary files and caches and recover disk space;
  • a full scan of your Windows Registry to detect and correct any errors;
  • installation of system software updates as required; and

Please note: This package does not include resolution of larger, more complex system issues that may be found during diagnostics or installation of software upgrades. If additional time is needed to resolve these issues, we will call to discuss the repair options and any additional costs with you before continuing any further.

Remote Assistance

$97.50 per hour + HST with a 1-hour minimum

Help when you need it fast. Many issues can be resolved quickly by having us connect to your computer.

Scheduled appointments are preferred, but emergency appointments are available for rostered clients. Need help right now? Call us at 613-862-3399 (Ottawa) or 519-506-3399 (Grey-Bruce). A minimum 1-hour charge applies.

Computer Repair

$97.50 per hour + HST

For larger or more serious issues with your computer that can’t be resolved with our Maintenance Package.

Cost is estimated on a case-by-case basis, billed on a hourly basis.

Diagnostic Report

$80.00 per half hour + HST

In some cases, the problem isn’t worth the cost of fixing it. Find out what the problem/solution is first.

You are charged only if you decide not to go ahead with the suggested repair.

Networking Solutions

$97.50 per hour + HST

Keep everyone connected at work and at home!

Find out where all those cables go and why, or set up a wireless network, add computers, printers and other devices.

Printer/Device Setup

$97.50 per hour + HST with a 1-hour minimum.

Setting up printers can be a daunting task: network or local? WiFi? Ethernet? USB?

Let us take the frustration out of printer installation!

What will it cost?

Hourly Rate $97.50 per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge.

Maintenance/Purchase Package Individually priced as listed above.

Remote Assistance $97.50 per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge.

Residential Site Visit $97.50 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge plus a $50 travel fee (within the city of Ottawa).

HST is additional.

Good to know regarding tech360 managed IT…

WARRANTY We back the work we do. We will follow up, free of charge, to fix any issues that resurface within 48 hours of service. SERVICE ESTIMATES + QUOTES Note that our estimates are not quotes. Estimates are based on what we believe your IT requirement will cost to repair given the information you have provided and are subject to change as more information about your IT issue is revealed. We will keep you informed of any changes to your estimate that exceeds ten (10) per cent of the total. Quotes are issued on request and only when we have a good understanding of the work your issue will involve. Quotes are a guarantee of service and price and are not subject to change. Our estimates and quotes for service are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. EQUIPMENT QUOTES Quotes for equipment purchases are valid for five days with the exception of sale end-dates. PAYMENT TERMS tech360 bills for services rendered upon completion; payment is net 15 days. Past due accounts are charged 3% interest per month from the date of the invoice. For equipment purchases, payment is due upon delivery. All invoices are payable by credit card, e-transfer or cheque. INTERCHANGE FEES tech360 charges a standard 2.4% fee to cover Interchange Fees for all invoices paid using credit cards.
